Standardized Cultivation Techniques of Morchella spp. Under Moso Bamboo Canopy

摘要: 羊肚菌为珍稀食用菌,市场前景广、经济效益好,目前主要是大田栽培。针对浙江省七山一水两分田,毛竹林资源丰富,而竹林经济效益不佳等现实问题,探索出毛竹林套种羊肚菌的高效栽培技术。对羊肚菌在毛竹林下栽培的生长环境、林地条件、栽培基质和生产措施等方面进行了归纳总结,提出了栽培管理技术要点。Abstract: Morchella spp. are a group of rare edible fungi with promising market prospect and considerable economic benefits. Presently,they rely on field cultivation. Zhejiang Province is composed of 70% mountains,10% waters and 20% farmland. Though moso bamboo resources are abundant,the economic profit of bamboo forest has yet to meet the expectations. This paper demonstrated the efficient cultivation techniques of interplanting Morchella in moso bamboo forests. The growth environment,forest conditions,cultivation substrates and production measures ofMorchella spp. cultivated in moso bamboo forests were summarized,and some specific cultivation techniques were proposed.
